It's in a good location - the train station is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel, but the room I had was VERY small, and the towels were small, and didn't include a washcloth. Also, the bathroom isn't separate, only the toilet. The breakfast was just OK. Would I use the hotel again? yes, but I would not want to unrelated people in the same room. It's two small beds pushed together with very little privacy for showering or going to the bathroom.

The hotel was just what we needed after a long day of traveling. It is perfectly located near the airport. It is clean and friendly and super convenient to the subway. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Fantastic location for anyone flying out of HAM the next morning; one stop from terminal. If you arrive by subway, turn IMMEDIATELY right after exiting the train station through the east side entrance... no need to go to the main street because the hotel entrance is in the back of the building - you'd only be walking a large U-turn. :) Note: "Ohlsdorf" is not to be confused with "Ohlstedt".

We made arrangement for early morning wake up call and we didn’t receive it until about 30 mins later than we requested. Wake up calls need a better system than just a phone that wasn’t convenient for person at the desk to use.....Those red rugs in the hallway, have to go....collects too much dust....

Best western early jan stay
The only local atm was out of service, had to go back to the airport just for an atm!!! At night and morning lots of noises from outside and other rooms, woke me up earlier than i wanted. But overall cleaniness and service was ok.
