Nice hotel
It’s a very nice hotel with big rooms. The hotel is a bit far from the center. It fit our purpose as we were only looking for an overnight stay over. The staff is nice and courteous. The hotel has Ample parking space and standard breakfast.

This was a very lovely hotel but it doesn't fit in the neighborhood. When arriving i thought i had the address wrong because it is in a very industrial neighborhood.

Close to public transportation (3 km from Berlin Cetral Train Station), 100 m from bus station that will take you to subway to any places in the city. Only need to buy a city welcome card at very good price and extremely. Convenience. Goof for family.

Great place to stay and enjoy Hamburg
We visited Germany again after a few years and went back to NY from Hamburg. We decided to stay with friends at this place and let me tell you, it was the right decision. At our arrival the receptionist was very helpful, explained everything and had lots of useful information's, from what S-Bahn to use, restaurants, connections and so on. This guy was hands down. Room was clean and quiet even next to elevator and staircase. Beds were so comfortable and if they would have had pillows for sale we would have taken 2 back home. They were the best pillows we ever slept on and no it wasn't Mike Lindell ;-) Breakfast was so delicious, huge variety of cereals, rolls, bread, juice, cold cut, eggs and so much more, never seen a breakfast buffet like this before in a hotel. Short walk to the S-Bahn station (<10min) and after 2 stops you are at Hamburg main station, a few extra minutes and you reach Landungsbruecken and all the interesting spots, eateries and bars. This place is the place you wanna stay if you visit Hamburg, little outside but so much cheaper like in the center. With free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking and easy commute it's a no brainer. My guess breakfast by itself and free parking safes you $20-30 a day or more easily. We will be back to this hotel at our next stay in Hamburg and can recommend it to everyone. Only little minus is the walk to the S-Bahn station, through a park, what's little eerily at night, wouldn't do it if you don't have to, take a cap.

Best hotel I've been in Europe.
From the outside, hotel doesn't look like much. Former warehouse in an industrial district. However, very spacious room, helpfull staff, clean and quiet, incredible selection of food for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Good Access for Cars, A Little Walk from Station
The hotel facilities and service were decent. Good access by cars because it's close to highways. There is about 7-10 min walk from/to the closest S-Bahn station. The neighborhood seems not very hectic, but I don't recommend a female person walking alone at night.

unkomplizierte Buchung und Upgrade vor Ort noch möglich, freundliches Personal, sauberes gepflegtes Zimmer, großes reichhaltiges Frühstück, kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Wenn einem das Industriegebiet (trotzdem ruhige Lage) nicht stört absolut empfehlenswert, kurze Wege zur S Bahn

Getränke auf dem Zimmer : ( Kühlschrank ) 0,5 Liter Wasser.Teesorten waren vorhanden, sowie Zucker und Milch. Leider war kein Kaffee vorhanden. Das benutzte Geschirr auf dem Zimmer wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn im Hotel ein Getränke - und Snack - Automat aufgestellt würde.
