The main mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the inner metal parts, and dirty underneath, I had to pull out the little one from below to sleep on it. Also, nobody on reception the hole weekend.

SCAM: We didn’t get the code to our room and tried to contact hotel several times by text and call without respond! We got thw code on the day of checkout and when i contacted the hotel for refund we didnt get any answer just recit for our “stay”.

Great value and good location

There are a ton of stairs so don’t bring heavy luggage. Great location next to 150 bus stop or 10 minute walk to 62 ferry. Old hotel so creaky and not very quiet but very beautiful and charming. I didn’t have hot water in sink or shower. The tea kettle upon arrival was such a treat. Slept great, could have used another pillow or one that wasn’t deflated and flat.

Nothing is good in that hotel. 2nd night we came around 11: 20 and gate was closed. Code did not worked and i called 24 helpline. Got message to wait outside all night or stay another place with 2 small kids. Strongly not recommended

Dirty. Not clean sheets. Old food laying around in room an in refrigerator. Rotten bananas and sliced meat :-O. Room was in basement, with old air smelling. We left and drove back home after 10minutes.

Very little of the facilities were functioning; no restaurant & no breakfast. The walls are quite thin and the neighbouring families were noisy, up until about 1am. The reception staff was lovely but the room was not ready at 9pm.. The room i got was in terrible condition. The sockets were uncovered, as was the smoke detector in the ceiling, im not even sure it worked. It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again.

Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Die Fotos der Webseite sind Betrug! Ich habe zwar ein anderes Zinmer bekommen, wurde aber mehtfach weggedrückt bis jemand erreichbar war. Die beschmutzten Wände und Möbel machten den Aufenthalt für mich zum Dilemma. Ein Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung, noch nicht mal einen Ventilator bei 33 °C im Schatten, ganz zu schweigen von einer funktionierenden Lüftung im Bad. Bei einem Blick in den Frühstücksraum habe ich keine Gäste gesehen. Das Hotel wird auf einer anderen Plattform für 44€ pro Nacht angeboten, mehr ist diese Absteige auch nicht Wert. Ich habe es dort nicht länger ausgehalten und bin früher abgereist.

Das Zimmer nr 27 hat fürchterlich nach Zigaretten Rauch gestunken, im Hotel war abends sowie auch am Morgen keiner da um zu reklamieren. Ich habe mehrere Mails gesendet auch mit der Stornierung für die nächste Nacht, keine Antwort erhalten. Werde nun meine Abbuchung von der KK stornieren lassen.
