Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Very little of the facilities were functioning; no restaurant & no breakfast. The walls are quite thin and the neighbouring families were noisy, up until about 1am. The room was hot due to the hot weather, but no one on reception to ask for a fan. I wouldn’t recommend it as it was more like a hostel and didn’t set me up well for my meetings in Hamburg. I would

Great value and good location
There are a ton of stairs so don’t bring heavy luggage. Great location next to 150 bus stop or 10 minute walk to 62 ferry. Old hotel so creaky and not very quiet but very beautiful and charming. I didn’t have hot water in sink or shower. The tea kettle upon arrival was such a treat. Slept great, could have used another pillow or one that wasn’t deflated and flat.

A nice hotel with friendly staff in the centre of Finkenwerder. There are lots of shops and a few restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room was a more recent addition one floor down overlooking car park and housing, so had natural light and if you drove you would be able to see your car etc. We used Bus 150 which was convenient for stops for our visit to area beyond river Elbe and for going into Hamburg. Breakfast more than adequate, with some hot/ lots of cold items. Happy.

Rezeption nicht oft besetzt, deutsche Sprache nicht mächtig, Zimmer nicht wie beschrieben im Internet, Handbücher und Bettlaken mit Flecken, alte abgenutzte Möbel, kein Frühstücksbufett, Frühstück schlecht. Das Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Die Deckenbeleuchtung im Zimmereingang( kleiner Flur) war vollständig defekt, im Wohnbereich zur Hälfte, so dass die Helligkeit im Zimmer bei dieser Jahreszeit eine Zumutung war.

Dirty. Not clean sheets. Old food laying around in room an in refrigerator. Rotten bananas and sliced meat :-O. Room was in basement, with old air smelling. We left and drove back home after 10minutes.

Værelset var ikke rengjort ved ankomst, toilet løber, kaffe blev ikke fyldt op. Yderligere blev der stjålet 4 pakker cigaretter fra den ene kuffert. Trods klage til personalet blev intet gjort. Sengene var dårlige at ligge i, og puderne endnu værre.

Finkenwerder Landungsbrücke ist keine 0min zu Fuß weg. Mit der dähre ist mn in 30min n den Landungbrücken Das Hotel ist einfach ausgestattet, sauber und in ruhiger Lage, mit Balkon
