What a wonderful hotel! The rooms were delightful, the staff were excellent, and the location was convenient. Although I’m not sure how long the hotel has been around, it felt quite new due to its cleanliness and upkeep. However, the evening restaurant experience was disappointing; we spent a significant amount on a nice meal, but it didn’t meet our expectations against the cost.

New hotel. Friendly staff. Room is spacious with a wonderful bed. Nespresso machine in room was nice. Breakfast is way over priced & not worth it, other options in walking distance.

Double charged for stay
I stayed 10 days. Booked hotel and payed online at hotels.com about six week before stay. Giving low rating because hotel kept charging stay on my credit card during my stay. I talked at three occasions to receptionist (5 of them overal present) and they ensured me that is how their computer system work, and there will be no charges at end of stay. However, I am still being charged and now upon return to USA disputing charges through my credit card. If you stay in this hotel make sure not to pay anything in advance. Otherwise, hotel is brand new, clean, and at convenient location, just few minutes by foot from shops and restaurants. Our room was small for USA standards, but bathroom and shower are really nice except for the hooks provided for towels or clothes; they slide down, I would bring one that hours over door with me. All personnel is in training and learning on the go and you will need to tolarate some inefficiencies if you book hotel soon.

Muito bem localizado: próximo à BHF (trens) e à ZOB (ônibus), distancia caminhável de muitos pontos de visitação da cidade de Hamburgo, com muitos restaurantes e cafés ao redor, além de centro comercial. Its location is very good as it is on the subway station and very close to the central station. The rooms are very clean as it is a new hotel. Towels are clean and big size. Clean ( maybe ) coffee cups and glass cups were arranged in the room But what surprised me is that maids washed the used coffee cups at the bathroom and returned them on the cabinet. In addition, they did not change used glass cups at all during my stay ( one week ). This is not acceptable for me.
