Waren zum Konzert in Hamburg. Zimmer sauber, Betten richtig gemütlich, große Badewanne, Frühstück lecker. 1 Stern Abzug für die schlechte Schallisolierung und die abblätternde Farbe der Badezimmer Tür und angeschlagenen Möbel und Wände. Aber es war sehr sauber. Service super nett und freundlich.

Bathroom drainage completely blocked, brought flooding in the room need to leave room with some stuffs wet completely inconvenience and hotel staff not bothered to apologise or say sorry, use alternative customer toilet next to restaurant that was also having water blockage in the sink. Not willing to come back in same hotel again.
