The hotel was fantastic. My whole family enjoyed their stay and meeting for breakfast downstairs was great. The hotel is in proximity to a lot of fun things to do in the city and the train was nearby. My family and I will stay here again on our next trip.

Because of their mistake my 100 GBP worth medication is ruined. And they did not take any responsibility. And on top of it because of that medication i paid 100 euros for room upgrade for getting a room with a chiller.

Unfortunately because of carelessness of the front office, they have ruined my delicate medicine. For saving the medicine I upgrade the room with a chiller room, paid extra. At the end I realized they did not place my travel ice bags to the freezer. Lost valuable medicine, paid extra for room upgrade , front office careless attitude on top of it was very bad. Up until now they are not taking any responsibility. This hotel on my black list. They have so much to learn about hospitality.

They stopped me from playing the piano in the lobby. TVs are basically useless unless you're German, the place smells like cigarettes and dust. The bathroom smelled like dirty drain. There was essentially a fly infestation in the lobby. A 250ml bottle of water was €3.50
