Whilst check in was professional and friendly -.the room was very shabby andin neecof repair. The chair had a big rip, the carpet in the room had burn holes, 2 lights didnt work and the rubbish bin lid fell off everytine it was ooened as it was broken. The TV did not work and the owner spent about 10 minutes in our unit resetting it. Could fell the springs in the bed. Really disappointing. Room 16 was substandard.

Mostly good, the staff are really kind gave a free upgrade, room was clean and pleasant to be in amenities were great free wifi free tea, coffee and hot chocolates. Only issue was this morning when a couple were arguing and abusive to each other. Cops came out to the place to but for the price I'm impressed

The room was spotless and looked like it had been maintained well. The location is superb. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We stayed with two young kids and two seniors and both sets of customers enjoyed their stay a lot here!

Staff were incredibly friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we could need. The jacuzzi bath was fantastic, just what we needed after a good couple of solid days walking.
