If i could rate higher i would! Everything is absolutely amazing, from the staff to the accommodation. We were there to visit a loved one inWaikato hospital and honesty once booked we didn't have to worry about anything other than how they were. Great motel, awesome staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, Sky TV, they even had the heat pump on for us upon arrival :-) The biggest bonus its NOT used for emergency housing so its safe and quite.

The hotel is so clean and nice. The owner was such a gentleman and helped us with a few special needs. Also, the room had some very nice little touches that all the chain hotels I stay with usually overlook. You can tell this place is ran by humans who care
