The check-in was quick. The lady at the reception gave us a room on the highway side, but kindly changed our room to the other side of the building, because the highway side was too noisy for me. A couple of times, I woke up during the night because of the noise from motorcycles on the highway. The AC in the room was a little too noisy and old, and when it wasn't working, I felt hot; when it was working, I felt cold. The breakfast room was not big enough, on Sunday morning, when there were a lot of people, and not enough tables. I saw some people having breakfast in the foyer. It would be good to add oatmeal to their breakfast. Other than that, everything was great. I liked that there is free parking, and the room price is very affordable.

20 minute walk to the Burlington GO station. We were able to walk to the GO station, stay in Toronto all day, and come back to Burlington at night for significantly cheaper than staying in downtown Toronto

A very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Close to the GO station and a short drive to Downtown Burlington shops and restaurants. Also, easy access to the QEW.

I enjoyed my experience. I would have liked newer towels, and more of them too as a mild criticism. I noticed a sign that expressed that if a guest wanted more towels to inquire at the front desk. This is an indicator they've been told that they should have more towels available, but are also committed to conservation of resources. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and cozy.

The staff at the best western in Burlington never fail to deliver exceptional service. As a regular returner to this hotel I'm always welcomed with a smile and warmth. The staff were able to check me in early and everything met my standards. All the reception staff are another level and I think most hotels should have service just like these guys. Was lovely to see my friend on reception (girl with braids but forgot her name ) who was always happy to see me. The staff in Burlington I cannot fault in any wayyyy

My experience here was overall enjoyable and I would stay here again! Our room was recently renovated, the bed was very comfortable, and everything in the room was very clean. The continental breakfast options were a little disappointing, however all staff were very friendly!

Great stay. Breakfast very good except not kept hot enough but there was a microwave to remedy this. There wasn’t a non stick spray for waffle maker so it was hard to get cooked waffles off.
