The staff was friendly, welcoming and inviting. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is a restaurant next door which was very convenient. The only thing I would mention is that the beds are extremely hard. Other than that, I would highly recommend!

I always love staying here! The staff are always the most kind, energetic, and helpful of any hotel I've stayed at. The evening cookies also always brighten my arrival. Clean pool, clean rooms and common areas. My only issue is their pillows are always really teeny tiny so ask for extras or bring your own!

We always stay here when we visit this area. This property cannot be beat! A nice easy nature walk to the Bitterroot River to watch wildlife is right outside of the door. There is a small pond on the property with waterfowl raising their young in the summer. The fireplace is so nice in cool weather! Everyone working here is always so nice!

You told me duri g a phone call that there was no free breakfast...i specifically asked the lady at the front desk if we got breakfast with our stay and she said no...we looked for breakfast restuants in hamilton and didnt have much luck thinking we would not get breakfast...Then the morning of breakfast we didn't hurry down to make sure we got there before it was over, we called and asked why they didn't do breakfast and the lady said that we get breakfast but it closed 20 minutes ago. I can't tell you how screwed up up are with what they just said vs what you do....how can i figure out what the rules are when you don't know yourself. .we come here every year and always get treated unkindly and unsatisfactorily
