Hamilton is a quiet, quaint town and this property fits in well. Small with about a dozen rooms, 2-floors, ample parking for the number of rooms. It is located on Main St., walkable to most anything that is "Hamilton". The younger couple owning the property have made significant effort in renovations. Outside is fresh, with noticeable obvious upgrades in the room I stayed. 2 Queen beds were comfortable, bathroom small, but clean; kitchenette was a surprise. Communication between staff was mostly through text, with reminders and personal messages regarding a couple of questions I had prior to check-in. Mary was kind enough in allowing an early check-in at no charge, but my checkout time reminder made mention of $30/hr after 11. The property provides more than the basics for a nice visit.

We arrived after hours and it was very easy to access the room because we called ahead and was sent a text with the door code. We parked right outside the first floor room. Plenty of fresh towels, nice bedding and great smelling shampoo and bar soap. I could tell that they try to go above and beyond.

Wow! Great Room, Staff, and location at The City Center Motel. I booked the room driving into Hamilton Mt and Natalie who checked us in was so charming and helpful. She offered to carry our luggage to our upstairs room and bring ice. We are seniors. She gave us recommendations for dinner and breakfast also. The rooms are modernized, quiet and attractive. If you like staying at unique properties with local charm and excellent customer service, book the City Center Motel in Hamilton, MT.
