Room was very tidy and the lovely lady on the front desk when we checked in was so friendly. She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)

Our stay at the hotel was superb. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. The only disappointment was that my daughter was really looking forward to using the pool. However, when we checked with the staff, we were informed that the hotel no longer has a pool. At the time of booking, the hotel still had photos of the pool displayed, so it would be helpful if these could be removed or updated to avoid confusion for future guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. There was ample parking, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

Love the easy parking here, staff are always friendly, the room was nice (shower itself was a little grubby on the floor), werent sure about doing dishes as we couldnt find a brush, soap and towel. It was a good selection of buffet breakfast.
