Very friendly check in staff, great location as purpose of stay was to go to Hamilton Ticats game...only things that could have been better was of we had left home earlier to enjoy the hotel more AND of the Ticats had played a better game :P

Very relaxing, the first floor staff was so kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff was wonderful with their service and light chat that lets people feel welcome when they walk in for their first meal of the day. Our first time staying at a hotel in this city and it was a very good first experience, we left refreshed and happy with the memory of a pleasant sleep and great interactions with the staff.

Fine .. good for our stay.
The hotel was fine. The first morning breakfast wasn’t closed. Staff called in sick. I forgot to ask for a refund on the breakfast portion of what we paid. Staff were okay. I would stay there again.
