The unit was dirty, stunk & the AC did not work. Additionally I booked two nights and they told me Expedia only had me booked for one night, I ended up going to Best Western in Brantford instead, a much better experience. I would NOT recommend this location. Also, their excuse for avalibilty was for their “regulars” they keep rooms open “just in case”, sure what a great way to run a business. The last who checked me in was great, friendly and resourceful, that was the only good experience here.

Likes = light , bed ac oven fridge. Peace and quiet environment away from chaos Dislikes = water , shower, ..not enough water for shower...no water taps for pure drinking , Little bit far from main highway bus stop

Poor customer service

They cancelled my reservation the day of arrival. They refused to give it back to me. My partner then called to see if they had any rooms and they then gave it to him! The guy on the phone was extremely rude!

This is a bit of an older motel, Needs a little sprucing up in some areas however the room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and I received a free upgrade because I was a later check in and there was a king bed room available. For an inexpensive stay near McMaster that was well lit, safe, and quiet, it was just right.
