I had a room booked. When I arrived, my pet wasn't allowed to stay. When we made arrangements for my pet, I was told the room was taken and I could not stay. I have left a voicemail to get reimbursed the cost of the room, but have yet to hear back.

The location and setup were fine, but I had a mixed experience with the management. One staff member was helpful and assisted with the check-in process and paperwork, which was appreciated. However, the other woman—who appeared to be the owner—came across as quite pushy and made the interaction feel uncomfortable. Her approach was more stressful than welcoming, which took away from the overall experience.

This motel is in a lovely part of Hamilton. It has a beautiful garden and is across the street from a beautiful cemetary with very nice walking trails. The rooms are clean but basic, with comfortable beds. Good location for driving to Ancaster, Tiffany Falls and other points of interest.

Pics were misleading about the room.. bathroom door wouldn't shut, paint missing off doorframe and walls, shower drain was extremely slow, could not touch or move blind, non smoking room had burn marks on toilet seat, room smelled like cat urine

Very quiet part of Hamilton. Never stayed at a place like this. Parking was very convenient. Night staff was not very friendly. The morning gentleman that was running the end was very friendly

The room was nice and clean. And the price was great. We weren’t allowed to take the chair out of our room to sit outside. And in the sitting area at the back of the hotel, we’re awkward and nothing matched
