Fun Stay!

Im mot sure why hotels in the uk dont provide wash cloths in the bathroom. I guess im just used to hamptons in the states. This one had no fridge, no complimentary water, no ice machine. We were told our room was upgraded to a handicapped accessible room. Lol. Not sure if thats an upgrade, but thats what we got. Breakfast was always good. And the bar was a nice touch. Wpuld recommend.

Would come back to stay here anytime. We had 2 dogs West Highland Terriers. A great dog friendly bottle. Plenty of grass ears to take them out before you go to bed and first thing in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. All needs catered for. Staff friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely spotless. Thank you for a great stay😀

We have stayed at this hotel many times. In check in the receptionist told me I had booked an accessible room. Then when my family joined me at the check in desk I was informed I’d only booked for 2 people not 4 this went on for a while until I showed my reservation and she apologised for the confusion. The tv in the room half the screen was black and not working therefore I reported the problem by this time it was 9pm and didn’t want any fuss of it being changed due to two young children being tired. There was no milk/teabags in the room and I had to go and request some. There was only 2 towels in the room and a lack of pillows. Poor standard compared to the other visits I have had here.

It was a very lovely stay. We really enjoyed our time there. However, the TV not working was a real shame and reception promised to send somebody to look at it and no-one came!

They didn’t have basic things like a microwave or ice anywhere on the property for people to use. I asked if we could use a microwave and the answer was no. Also if you wanted a cold drink, you had to ask the bar for ice and would get a glass with 6 ice cubes in it for 6 people. Very disappointed!

Good Place

This hotel is amazing. Loved the staff who checked us in. She was polite and went out of her way to transfter our bags. The staff we met at the reception with dark hair , slim ooh God the difference was striking. This stuff was rude and paid no attention that we were even in front of her. She should really be at the back not front. Overall it is a good value for money

Very Nice Stay. Poor Menu.
