Stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night. No discount for the second night. The sign on the mirror in the bathroom said if staying 2 nights or more house keeping will only be done every second day for my convenience. That is offensive!

Room had a major crater in the floor or large piece missing, the carpet didn’t help. Housekeeping walked into the room while I was sleeping. Very awkward.

Wheel chair accessible room was perfect. There was confusion regarding our stay as we booked three separate rooms and needed them beside the accessible room. Varuni B. (manager) made everything right. We also had a little accident in the room and she made us feel at ease and told us not to worry that these things happen. Travelling with limitations is never easy. Hampton Inn made our stay comfortable. Thank you!

I always stay in Hamptons everywhere i go but this particular branch was very noisy due to it's proximity to the street. I thought most hotels had double pane windows. The loud cars and motor bikes sounded like they were in my room. I slept very little as a result. The staff however were very kind and efficient.

Hotel and staff very courteous. Underground parking not the best. On our arrival we drove around underground for 30 min and ended up parking along a side wall not really designated for parking. If you’re an early riser you’ll love the noisy major construction in front of your room starting at 6am. Breakfast staff were great and very accommodating. Cleaning staff were great too.
