Wonderful staff! Such a friendly check in! Room was clean and fitness room was great and spacious. Just don’t forget anything as they don’t have things like shower caps, etc. It would be nice if they had some of those sort of items on request. Other than that, great stay.

My room #137 could have cleaner- carpet needed to be vaccumed more. We did not receive room/bed cleanup either for our 2 day stay. I had to ask the room attendant outside our room for more towels and facecloths for a family of 4, which was offered immediatley but our room was not attended to. We also had to call maintenence to fix the power to the refrigerator. From staff was friendly. The pool was clean with plenty of towels to use. Buffet was suitable. I would stay again however more attention to cleaner carpet and attending to the room for clean up while out for the day would be appreciated

Bathroom shower was amazing. Taps are right when you open the shower door and you don't get hit in the face with water. Little leg bar for shaving your legs. Would have loved bottled water in the room but other than that it was perfect.

I liked that the property was quiet. We asked for an upgrade in room and recieved one at the end of the hall, it was not an upgrade. Mind you this hotel was not fully booked. It was quieter and closer to the ice machine, however the ice machine was broken. The walk to get ice from the main floor was not pleasant. Thankfully the ac unit worked, but was quite loud and sounded like a toilet flushing every time it turned on.. we wont be staying here again.

I paid for 2 queens even though a king bed and sofa was available cheaper close by. Upon check in I was told it was a third party site and there were no other rooms. Either take it or refund. What choice I had at 9 pm with a family of 4?

We were disappointed by our stay. The room has no windows and faces out into a huge cavernous and empty internal space so there is no natural light. The sheets on one bed were stained.

We book the stay including breakfast. The following morning they had no breakfast buffet , instead they offered only one kind of breakfast Eggs and meat Nothing else. My kids dont eat that , they wanted waffles or pancakes however they were only offering one kind. So disappointing

Great place for a quick stop over night. Had the essentials, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a comfortable and simple stay.
