Missing basic room supplies, like no drinking glasses in washroom, coffee supplies for 1 person but there were 2 of us. Brand new hotel with broken floor tiles in room. Breakfast was ok. No bacon.

Very clean and the room setup is very convenient. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. I forgot an item in the room and they quickly identified it and wrapped it and put is aside for me to pick up the next day. Impressive. Will definitely go back and stay there if I need to be in Hamilton again.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, as the person who we talked to at the front desk told us we were getting a $100 refund for the room being dirty. Unfortunately that never actually happened. When we arrived the fridge was dirty, the toilet had been used and not flushed, and there was old Chinese take out in the microwave. I just feel for what we paid this is unacceptable, we ended up cutting our stay short.
