We had a great stay! Hot showers, comfortable beds and cold room during the summer time! Breakfast area is a little small but it works for the size of the hotel. We had a slight chemical like smell… I think it was from the air unit… but it kept us cool… and we just sprayed some Lysol…. We got fresh towels everyday! The lady at the front was kind… It was overall great stay!

This place no it only looked clean but it smelled clean as well. I didn’t like that they were not able to tell you how much money would be held on your card but that was my only concern.

The property is in need of attention. Desperately needs new carpeting going up the stairs. Needs an elevator. In the room, the ceiling had water stains where the fire detector was. Other areas need attention on the walls and ceiling. The water smelled of chlorine. The drive way needs to be wider. One way in and out and it is very narrow. One night there was a STRONG paint Oder. May have been from the truck stop behind the hotel. Lots of ways this hotel can be improved.

The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October.

We were disappointed. When we book through expedia we count on the information being correct to make our choice where to stay. They did not provide breakfast. Just coffee only in the lobby. In my eyes that worth $10 to a booking....

The female at the front desk was rude and snarky . 😠 The hotel required a physical credit card for deposit. Didn’t seem right. The reason I use Expedia is for security reasons and not giving out my credit card number . Beyond the front dest , I found the hotel clean comfortable and well maintained. Customer service means a lot to me and for this reason I will probably not return unless there’s nowhere else to go .
