The room was clean and well presented. The only real problem was the ants that were coming in on the far end of the bench. They did find their way into some of our food items. I told one of the cleaning staff as we were leaving, but was unsure as to whether she understood. This needs to be addressed urgently!

Yes cleaner checked me in I was there just after 2:00pm no reception open cleaner contacted manager said he went for sandwich reception was advising it was open at 2:00 pm so it shy be managed to be open

You paid for what you got. No sharp knife or chopping board and smallest teatowel i have ever seen. Kitchen jug lid broken needed replacing, lounge suite very grubby, leak in lounge but must say was offered another room became of this. Staff very helpful
