After booking in we found the room temp was 19 (66) We changed it up and left for dinner and upon return it was only 20 (68). Called the front desk and asked how to get it hotter and the reply was turn off the fan. Half hour later a staff member came up and said it was as hot as it could get and if we wanted to change rooms we could. We declined as we were already settled. About 11pm the people next door were constantly slamming the door. We complained to the front desk and the slamming was constant about every 15 mins. We watched through the peep hole and saw a male waiting outside the next door. He called on his cell phone, someone in the room opened door and the guy left shortly after. I thought it may have been a drug dealer next door. The slamming continued. We called the front desk asking for another room and was told they would call back. No call came. We tried calling down at least 10 times and the front desk would not answer. We called on our cell and was told to leave a message. We were about to leave the hotel at that point butvwe decided to stay as it was already about 1 am. There was another slam at about 2am then it was quiet. When we got up the shower was not hot but maybe comfortably warm. Overall we will never recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Upon checking out there appeared to be a homeless person asking to use the laundry to wash their clothes. From the look of people frequenting this hotel it seemed to welcome this clientele. Never again.

I regretfully give this hotel 1 star due to a series of disappointing experiences. Initially, everything seemed fine, but that quickly changed. The elevator was out of service, and being on the third floor meant I had to carry my baby up several flights of stairs—a challenging task. The breakfast offered was far from satisfactory; it consisted of a stale roll, poor-quality coffee, and an apple, which hardly qualifies as a proper meal to start the day. Additionally, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I encountered several guests who appeared unusual and emitted unpleasant odors, and there were incidents that I prefer not to detail, particularly during the night. The hotel’s hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom in my room was in an unacceptable condition. Considering I paid nearly $200 for this stay, I felt completely let down. This establishment has a seedy vibe and is not suitable for families. My group consisted of 21 people, including several children, and we were eager to leave as soon as possible. Although checkout is at 11 AM, we opted to depart around 6 or 7 AM instead. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future

First, I had to wait 15 minutes to check in while there was only one person at the counter on a busy Saturday night. Next, the price was more than what I had booked for online....scammers.Next, minimal towels, I hate that. Next, no extra blankets. Next, the breakfast was subpar. Day old bagel, a granola bar and apple. No knife to spread the jam. No hot water for my tea. Just weak overall. Two random homeless guys in the lobby drinking coffee. One random worker at the hotel walked by saying the Hotel owes him for his labour out loud. Hotel room was a decent size however. Will not be back there obviously..

Worst stay

Smelled terrible, was not clean, elivator was scray and ended up not working for the majority of the stay. Coridors were discusting, the smells everywhere of unclean and rotten food, human odors. I will never go back and would highly NOT recommend.

Drug dealing outside Cops came to investigate trucker’s problem with his load of cars and ???vandalism??? Stayed 10 days. After day 7 my back was. “Out”. The mattress was toooooo soft and broken. NO SUPPORT at all Had to walk bent over. With no exaggeration. Only improved when slept sitting up in bed. Which did not help my sleep apnea. Will never come back even though this location served me very well
