Everything was great till bedtime. The bed was really firm (slab of concrete comes to mind) and so were the pillows, There were 4 pillows (2 on bed, 2 in cupboard) and maybe 2 could have been softer so people had a choice. Lovely new place but both of us didnt get much sleep.

The address took us to a different venue. We checking in here and had to travel to the Norton Motel. This was different, but the staff explained that they have 3 properties that are not staffed. I kinda like this as it is being more efficient in costs, so was ok with it - I was just not expecting it. The room was very modern. Parking was easy. Had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful. Would go back again.

Everything was great - except when the people upstairs, directly above us were moving around - you could hear every step. Thankfully, they didn't move much. Great value and perfect otherwise!

We liked that the building was new, modern and super clean. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. It was close to petrol stations, grocery stores, food outlets and short drive to Hamilton Gardens and other attractions. The hotel had ample parking

This studio was perfect for my two nights, it was very clean, good quality sheets, loads of hot water and good pressure. I used the hobs to cook and it was great. Small fridge adequate. The bed was v comfy but it was not a king size. It was two beds put together with a seam on the middle. Was ok for me as solo but a couple might not be happy. Heat pump was quiet. Location not great but I walked to dinner the first night and drove everywhere else.

Lovely motel, new and very clean, handy to the city centre, great kitchen in room. We had to drive to another motel 1.5kms away to check in and were unaware we had to do this until just prior to our check in. Was smooth check process however.

90percent of properties are run down, never seen a suitable clean. Gardens are neglected but The Norton Motel is modern and well maintained, Clean. Second time used this facility.
