Good parking and felt reasonably clean. However extremely noisy on the ground floor. Could hear every footstep of the person on the 2nd floor, kept me awake all night. Traffic is also noisy, but expected being next to a busy road. Curtains and blinds also leak a lot of light which is a huge problem when there’s a street light right outside. No soap in the shower. Room smelt like expired milk, but I suspect it might have just been something to do with the laundry scent. Also be prepared to checkin at another location 5 minute drive away. Overall average if you just need somewhere for 1 night. But I would try other places first. Avoid if you’re wanting to stay more than 1 night. Unless you can request the 2nd floor.

Got asked to pick up keys from alternative address across town. Which i missed in the terms/ condions. This was annoying, but the worst of it was that I was asked for an additional $100 deposit on top of my booking fee which was not stated anywhere on the ad or terms/ conditions. Be careful of hidden costs not set out at time of booking!! Will not be booking again!

Stayed the night with my husband after a function at the near by club rooms. Easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, good sized room with everything you need. Just a little strange having to check in & collect your key at a different property. Otherwise a good stay, after travelling down from Auckland.

First night was fine, but found second night noisy people slamming doors, noisy car dropping someone off 1am tearing off at high speed. Positive the room was very tidy nice clean and good value.

Clean and modern. But unbelievably noisy extraction fan system in the unit next door, the bathroom fan went off at 4:30am. I thought it was an industrial street sweeper outside but no, it was coming from next door and did not stop.

Nicely appointed room, excellent shower. Bit different having to go to a different address to check in, a wee bit stressful for out of towners. Could be improved with a bedside table and lamp on BOTH sides of the bed.
