Room was good Staff were nice There is an aroma in the lobby that was coming in through the mall. A lot of homeless people and people who aren’t staying at the hotel were outside doors and in the lobby. Does not give it a nice atmosphere or good first impression. There is no where to park while your waiting to check in it is full of taxis and other vehicles. That sent us around the one way streets too many times. The underground parking is too public. Should be separate. Smells like urine and dirty. Only picked to stay here because convenient to TD coliseum. Would rather travel a longer distance than stay here again Over priced for what it is. Also the parking is very poor for large SUVs and pick up trucks. Won’t return and will not recommend to others.

The check in staff was not so friendly or accommodating, I booked two rooms within my reservation, and they don't even put us on the same floor. Other than that, hotel was great. great location to go to TD Coliseum.

The only complaint I had was our housekeeper took our snacks: KitKat bar and pretzels (both new in packages, they were on the counter near the coffee machine) I found that very odd.

Very clean and nice rooms. Hotel was beautiful and staff was super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful club lounge and conference room was wonderful for an annual collectors show which was taking place at said hotel this weekend. Thanks for making it so memorable :)
