there was mold in the shower. we had no towels they were never out at the desk so we couldnt ask for towels there was no hand soap the one towel that was there for the floor was dirty. there was a creepy guy there and when my boyfriend went out to smoke and come back in the guy yelled at him for trying to open the front door when no one was at the desk

This place was absolutely horrifying. Junkies outside asking for drugs, rooms were disgustingly dirty, beds have been slept in and remade with crumbs, toenail clippings and dirty tissue still left in them. We tried 3 different rooms and they just got worse every time. The smell was unbearable. I would never wish anyone to stay here. Owner was completely useless and rude.

I rented the room my aunt and the motel and service itself was fantastic. The room was clean, the attendants were helpful and kind, my aunt forgot her bank card after checking out, they called me 30 minutes afterwards to let me know she left it there It's convenient, close to amenities, shopping and the business area downtown. Transportation if needed is close by Now the issue is with the homeless and drug addicts in the parking lot around the garbage bin and the church beside it is a hang out. No one bothered her or myself when I visited her, but the potential of it is possible. If renting just be aware of your surroundings Checking in and out was quick and easy

Hamilton has many homeless and they’re sneaking in this hotel and hiding in stairways and entryways. They’re in the parking lot. The bathtub didn’t drain, only 1 thin towel was given per person, no bathmat. The carpeting stairs and halls is filthy and stinking. The best thing was the sheets and covers were in good shape.

No housekeeping services in the three night stay. Tv was inoperable and staff did not respond to my complaint. Hotel grounds were filthy. Front desk staff barely made eye contact and were rude. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was in horrible condition — the bed was so dusty it triggered my dust allergy badly, and we couldn’t even sleep. The washroom was filthy, the AC kept making loud, disturbing noises, and there was dust all over the room. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Things were so bad we had to check out at 2:30 AM because we just couldn’t stay any longer. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place at all costs.

This hotel was so bad that you can’t even call it a hotel. It was a “Signature Inn. Hotel” but clearly they lied to just attract people. They also had fake pictures of the hotels looks. The rooms were dirty (pillows, walls, etc), the AC didn’t work, the door lock broke, the shower broke, we had only one towel in each room and 4 people were in each of our rooms. The hotel lobby was also pretty hot. And there was no breakfast. The entire hotel was EXTREMELY horrible.

Front desk talking on blue tooth while checking me in. At times, was unsure if he was talking to me or not. As there is no restaurant, went out for takeout around 530p, came back around 30 mins later to being locked out of the building. After 10 or so minutes, the desk attendant came thru the lobby and let me in. There was no explanation or apology Room VERY uninviting and echoey. Desk but no chair. Coffee maker, but no coffee. 1 brown towel. No handtowel or washcloth. No garbage can in the bathroom. Unsure of cleanliness of room as there was garbage from the last guest on the side table.

Do not go here. This 'hotel' is connected to a homeless shelter and someone was ODing on the sidewalk when we went to check in. It is unsafe, especially for children.

No towels at all in the bathroom and when we ask in the morning as we arrived very late we told it need one hour to dry no water to drink No coffee even though there is old coffee machine The pilows is terrible
