The rooms were clean and the staff could not do enough for you; they were accessible and eager accommodate you in any way possible. The breakfast buffet (included) was wonderful and I've never seen such a hardworking crew. The front desk staff was super polite and attentive. I will definitely return

Walking into the room there was an old almost like urine smell. The sheets could have been cleaned more as well. Staff informed me at check in that there was no power that night from 11 am until 5 am the next morning, considering this wasn’t a last minute issue there should have been more notice. The power want on until 6 am. Myself and my friend had to walk down the stairs from the 7th floor with our dresses and bags as we had a wedding to get ready for that day. I understand this wasn’t the staffs fault but I would like compensation for the lack of heads up as we could have booked elsewhere.

The building and rooms are very nice. The breakfast is a top notch hot buffet and the staff were great - very attentive. There are some homeless in the area, but we had no issues.

The front desk staff were outstanding! Friendly and efficient. Even allowing us to check in early so we could head to our event. Free breakfast was fresh and much better than the usual. The property was spotless. Access and security to the hotel and garage were excellent. The room was immaculate and very nicely setup. Will be returning here on our next trip to Hamilton

The breakfast and dinner that were included were convenient and were tasty. The staff that helped bring the food out and clean the tables were friendly. The room was clean when we got there and the housekeeping maintained the cleanliness through the entire stay. The gym was easily accessible and had sufficient equipment. The check in and check out process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Stay was good but staff should tell people to park across the street and not waste people's time suggesting there may be space in the actual hotel underground parking. The hotel only has one small level of underground parking. Otherwise you have to park across the street on the 4th floor. Not ideal for parents traveling with kids but everything else about the hotel was fine.

Excellent place, kitchen included & pet friendly! Appreciated the parking, but it should be stated that the price is per day, not just for overnight. The area around was under construction, so it was a bit dicey. But the hotel itself was great, and the location is convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

I had quite the haunting experience as there was a ghost in my room...but the jokes on the ghost cause i like falling asleep to haunted and spooky videos, i use to live in a house with ghosts so i felt right at home. 10/10 good sleep, comfy mattress, definitely coming back 10/10 complimentary breakfast 10/10 reception/staff 8/10 pool had a decent amount of chlorine in it but was good! Overall, worth the cost!!
