Room was clean and spacious. However the listing pics showed a kitchenette, which is why we booked there. on arrival we were told the studio only has a fridge and kettle, and staff blamed Expedia for the listing error. We were not given an apology or discount on the booking. The hotel is located on a busy roundabout so heaps of traffic noise and lots of police sirens due to proximity of central police station. Dont agree with other reviews that the hotel is amazing, its not.

Comfortable & Convenient

This is our 2nd stay at this Inn. Love the location. We booked 2 standard studio rooms which were large. The only downside was the very noisy plumbing - toilet & shower. The beds were super comfortable & rooms clean. I'm not sure why there was no after hours access through the carpark doors, as on our last trip. But to be let back into the Inn, we had to use intercom at the main door to get someone to come down & let us in. Apart from that, it was a nice stay & will probably stay there again, when we come back

Pleasant clean room. I good location for walking to cafes and other Central Hamilton locations such as museum - and close to a stop on the convenient “Meteor” frequent bus route. Helpful, friendly staff.
