1. Some Indian worker used the leave blower at 7am Saturday(Labour Weekend) around the property. Pretty hard to sleep with the noise going. 2. Some guest left his car in the early morning for a long time. Other than that the hotel is pretty good. Conveniently located near two supermarkets and close to Grey St eatery.

It was fine for one night, staff good etc but room was very tired, chips around the spa bath, split in bath covered with something (we did not use so not an issue) chipped paintwork on bathroom door. Bed was good, lovely crisp linen. Shower over bath bit of a problem for me but good shower head

good value for price
we were in a deluxe rated suite, and with breakfast for a little over 200, so it was fairly good given those monetary parameters. I don't expect to drive a Rolls Royce when paying for a mini.... Quite adequate for the price. A very minor point.... guys... if you're gonna spend a fortune on a single commercial coffee machine... don't buy one with the milk part using powdered milk !!!! it makes the coffee tatse foul... all for what must be just a few buck less. What a waste of money.

This is a great hotel option for anyone travelling through/to Hamilton. Sizeable room kept in good condition and with pleasant staff at reception. There is an easy enough way to not see anyone in the hotel as there are access doors behind and out of sight from reception. Not sure how secure that is but gives a ghost town feel. Yet parking was always busy yet there was always a space off street albeit occasionally tight near the covered areas. Pool and gym (they should advertise there link to the paid one next door more) not used, did not seem much to the pool. In summary, stay if you want function.
