The refresh on this property was done extremely well. The property has a neat and tidy appearance and is welcoming. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully appointed. This inn is doing a lot of things right.

Amazing room.much larger than expected and very comfy. Was given flase info in the guest services section. It said we could have late check out until 2:00pm with the charge of $5/hour after 11am. But when we tried to utilize this we were told they would not honor it and had to be out by noon. Forcing us to check out 5 hours earlier than expected as we had a commitment from 7am-11:30am. Was extremely disappointed in this false advertising/ information.

This is about my third time staying here and it is always a great experience. Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including sauna, hot tub, pool, gym, and even free washer/dryer. Location is off the highway but quiet.

Best stay in Ontario this trip

We spent 18 days visiting family around Ontario and this was our best hotel accommodation on the trip. We really appreciated the kitchenette as dietary issues make it hard for us to eat out. There are a major grocery store, dollar store and of course Tim Horton's just a block away. Just saying traffic can be busy with the 403 nearby and the new bike lane makes it a bit tricky to turn into the parking lot. However staff were friendly and focused on our satisfaction with our room the 6 days we spent there. We greatly appreciated that as this was not the case at every place we stayed.
