Kereg coffees, sugar, dry creamer, fridge and microwave, were excellent to have at our disposal. Restaurant conveniently on the lobby level with excellent food and friendly service! However they pool should be slightly warmer. It was a safe and clean place to stay! Front desk was kind an very quick with check-in and out!

I arrived late because I was staying close by to where I had an early start for a meeting. Check in was fine. The issue I had was that the second I walked into the room, I was overwhelmed by the stench of years’ old cigarette smoke - I’ve never experienced a stronger repugnant smell. It was too late to change rooms and couldn’t be bothered to go complain, I just had to get to bed. If they don’t want to spend the money to clear out the stench in their hotel rooms, they’re certainly not going to get me as a customer again.

The staff were attentive and accommodating. The hotel is modern, clean, and is located with easy access to highways. The highways are close but the noise is similar to using a 'white noise' machine. We visited in January and we didn't have any issues with parking.

Amazing stay! Far exceeded expectations for our family of 5 (with 3 kids 4 and under). Family suite was the perfect layout with separate sleeping area for the kiddos (and bathroom access on our side). Super clean, comfortable beds and just a simply superior room to its chain competitors (Hampton, Best Western, etc). 110% would recommend and stay again! Only bummer for us is that the pool was closed for routine maintenance and that could have definitely been made more clear in the listing.
