The gentleman working reception was so sweet, the young lady working at the restaurant was awesome and so kind to my daughter. The hotel was so clean. The room was perfect. The pool, spa and sauna was amazing. Awesome water machine next to ice machine. We will definitely be back as we travel to Hamilton often.

Right off main highway. We went to a huge concert and walked down main street to it vs fight for parkibg etc. It was a 2km, 30 min walk but well lit and busy.

The breakfast was delicious, well presented and priced competitively. Appreciated the availability of cappuccino and lattes. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool was clean, modern and the sun shone through the windows on a cold fall day making us feel like we were in the south. We used the hot tub which was in good working order, and were pleased to also find a sauna right on the deck as well. The room was clean, well appointed and modern with crisp bedding and lovely pillows. We commented that a pricier hotel would not have provided any more amenities, and we were glad that we saved the money by choosing this location, close to our event.

The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful both at check-in and check-out. Our room was spotless and perfect for our stay. If we ever need to stay overnight in Hamilton in the future, this hotel will be at the top of our list.
