I booked a superior room with a park view well in advance. I got a room in the basement with no view. I have asthma and the room was damp being underground. The bathroom did not drain when you had a shower. Very disappointing.

Stayed there for 2nights and we had the best view! Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean. We even enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately we don't have time to see the swimming pool. Overall, it’s 9/10 for me.

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby was clean and breakfast was good. The rooms were disappointing - stains on carpet, walls had stains too and the water wouldn't drain in the tub after a shower. We had a huge spider on our ceiling in our room at night (no exaggeration) and front desk was polite enough to change our room after coming to check it out since there was no housekeeping to help at that hour. We really appreciated that.
