Nice area and great views. Only issue was the motorcycles racing in the area all night. And i mean all night long, not the fault of the property, but the city needs to do something about it. They did have signs put up on the streets about noise but they don't care. It was very unfortunate.

I did not like the hidden fee for parking. As far as the facility I was happy, I will be booking directly next time and avoiding the hidden fees that you do not disclose.

Love the fact that it was a door away from a beautiful walk way along the lack. Great food choices. Comfortable beds.. Breakfast included which was so convenient. One issue when want to relax for the evening poor choices of stations , time to upgrade the network in this area. Others had a lovely time

It was my very first solo trip to a city outside of Toronto. I absolutely loved it! I just wish their doors don’t make a loud noise when it latches as you close it coz it did wake me up as a light sleeper myself and the doors or the wall could be improved as guests can hear other people talking at the hallway. Overall, I’m satisfied.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel in a fabulous location. Everything was good, but we were particularly pleased with the service. Both Justin and Edward provided outstanding service and our housekeeper (unfortunately we didn’t get her name; slender with brown medium length hair with an accent) was lovely. We left a mess as our toddler is at that age and we were rushed and unable to clean up after her. We’d also run out of cash so we weren’t able to leave a tip to help make up for cheerios all over the floor, among other things. We tracked her down later to make sure she’d be there the next day so we could leave her a tip on our second day (still hadn’t got cash!) and she was so kind about the room and said we didn’t have to worry, she understood as she saw the toys and knew we had kids and kids make messes. Really lovely and understanding.

Overall a very unique location and hotel. Great area with lots of options for dining and convenient to many places. A couple of things was the delay on registering and an ugly repair job in the bathroom.
