I like the accesibility around the area but parking was horrible. They dont have enough parking and they charge you but cant guarantee a parking spot you so you have to park somewhere else.

We were somewhat disappointed that there was a lot of noise after the 11:00 quiet time. This was reported and it was suggested to us that " let security know next time". We were very disappointed in the breakfast situation-not enough tables and chairs and we had to wait for some items to be replenished

Outstanding customer service, breakfast has a wide and healthy selection of food, plenty of parking space on the premises. The property is kept very clean and pet friendly. It has a pool and a gym. It is located by the water, a beautiful park - paradise for outdoor activities - and a wide selection of restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of restaurants around the area. Nice and walkable surroundings. However, there is no enough table and chairs for breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

For the price definitely not worth it. Light fixtures falling off the wall. Bathtub was peeling. Lights flickered on and of and jammed everything in the tiny lobby. Not to mention no guaranteed parking even though you pay for it. I’ll not be staying there again.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the shower barely drained, the AC had to be running on high at all times to keep the room at a decent temperature and the blackout blinds let in so much light. The breakfast was good though.

Hard time finding parking. Had to wait 30 minutes for a car to leave. Was told parking would be validated and when I received my invoice, the hotel charged me $20 for parking?!?! I asked for extra towels and was told to come down to the lobby to pick it up. My room view was a wall on the second floor. Not the best experience.

Terrible service

I reserved my stay with a card I use for internet . When I got there I asked to use my regular card for points. They put a hold of on each card. I went to the desk three times and informed them that there was a problem and they said don’t worry it will drop off. It did not and they charged me on both cards for the first night. I spoke to “service manager “ and she told me I had reserved 2 rooms, one on each card. I did not. I believe this was an error on the hotel’s part. She referred me to the manager’s email and I have yet to hear from them. The pool was closed for 2 days and no effort to compensate in any way. I believe you should drop them from your approved sites.
