Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The property manager is lovely, however I found it very noisy due to other guests having loud conversations a few doors down in the early hours, room above thumping on the floor until late and traffic noise all through the night. Didn’t get much sleep so didn’t stay a second night.
The Zeta Motel rooms are full Studio Apartments. I was not expecting and it was amazing. The half kitchen was excellent, we didn't use it but if I booked again I'd cook there. The bathroom had an automatic heated towel rail, which was very helpful and the bathroom was huge and very clean and comfortable. The massive Super King bed made sharing the room with a friend nice and easy. If you're not comfortable sharing a bed there was a single bed in the room, too. It would be ideal for small families.
It is located well on the Motel strip and right across the road from Pak'n Save.
Would happily book again.
Room facilities where excellent. Comfortable bed. Laundry was disappointing sheets smelt of cigarette smoke. Towels smelted stale. Site is un manned so key pick up was 1 block away at another motel. Great potential for a good stay just need to address the laundry issues.
I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very nice and spacious.

Big room, clean property, convenient to all shopping and central Hamilton. It was a remote property so had to check in elsewhere but found the person I checked in with not a very trusting fellow and looked at my id for so long I thought he was memorizing my driver's licence to steal my identity. Then when I asked why and was it because I use a hyphenated name he replied yes. Which he could have asked me in the first place. The check in place was a dump but the property which was in another part of town was good. Although I believe that first impressions count so the check in brought down the results on the property it self. 2/10 for the check in but 8/10 for property itself.
Didn’t realise that we had to pick up key from another hotel and that there is no one on site, but they messaged before and gave clear instructions. Huuuuuuge rooms and great beds. Could do with extra seating, only y one arm chair.

I am still waiting for my $100 refund,apparently it was refunded back to me on the 6/10/24,I am 3 days past that date with no refund.The owner is blaming my bank(rude).I have spoken to my bank on 4 sepearate occasions & my money is clearly not with them.I am very frustrated that the owner of the motel is telling me to take it for dispute,& to show the bank my merchant copy of the receipt to prove they refunded me
MY PROBLEM IS THERE IS NO MONEY,THEY QUITE HAPPILY TOOK,BUT NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE IT TO GET MY $100 REFUNDED..THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!THE OWNER IS TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY & NOT EVEN APOLOGISING THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED..IT IS REALLY DODGY TO ME IN THIS DAY & AGE YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR MONEY(OR LONGER)..OR YOU HAVE TO DISPUTE THINGS WHEN YOU'VE DONE NOTHING WRONG.

Room was very big, it was clean and tidy. There was a small desk with two chairs and a small occasional chair but it would have been better to also have a dining table with 4 chairs - there was plenty of room for it and also a couch would have been nice.
The hotel was fine for our 1 night stay. The main issue I had with the hotel is that the check in is at another property (wish I would have been told this before I booked). The room is fine, nothing fancy in the room, just the basics, but this was fine for our 1 night stay.
