The rooms are a bit dated. The hallways had a stale smell. We were there just for the one night but it didn’t seem to be a luxury 5 star property as it was made out to be.

Great hotel but poor view & garbage
It is definitely the best hotel in Hammamet. Very comfortable ( rooms, restaurants and pool). However 50% of their rooms face a public beach parking space. (Very ugly to see cars when you open your window ). The other issue is that the sand/beach area is not nice. There is a pile of old fishing garbage in one of the corners of the hotel beach. Not at all beautiful. See photos.

Amazing property,staff,spa and restaurants. I have been to many 5 star properties and this one lives up to its 5 star rating. Highly recommend. The best Hammam and massage experience in all of Tunisia. I also had the pleasure of having some of the best meals. My compliments to the staff and chefs on an amazing experience
