No facility and derty
Room was derty, not deep clean is been done for long time, I found the wall and door of the toilette derty,
The wardrobe also was not polished at all, was previous guest finger print stain.
For all saty there was problem with hot and cold water and My father under shower at one point did not have any wanter at all so stayed 20 min with soap waiting to fix it. Internet was very poor and only possible to connect in the lobby but wasn’t working properly anyway.
Breakfast also not very good and one day they start to remove the food before the closing time, so we had to call the restaurant manager to ask explanation way they remove the food earlier and he say because they were rushing to organize for lunch. The carpet going to the breakfast room is never been shampoo so there is a very bed smell going to the restaurant.
I asked Reception to print a boarding pass and they send me to an agent, agent send me back to Reception and I have wasted 30 min waiting for receptionist to give me an answer if I could do in their back office because they do not have business point.
