It was gross! I felt uncomfortable with just socks walking on the carpet. Just yucky. The bed was okay as far as comfort. We went to dinner before we went to our room and I was appalled when we parked on the side of the building. The whole side had torn curtains!!!! We had just checked in at the front desk and hadn’t looked at the room. We had to get a pants hanger (that was wired to the clothes rod, are you kidding me??) to clip the broken ripped blackout curtains closed so people couldn’t see inside our room! The whole place needs paint! The door frames on the rooms look like they have been beaten with an iron rod or someone took a pry bar to them. The shower had almost no water pressure and we had to use the handheld feature to wash the soap off our bodies because the shower head at the normal height didn’t have enough pressure to wash the soap off. You couldn’t take a bath. There’s no plug in the tub. Breakfast had what I think was powdered eggs. I CAN NOT BELIEVE that this place has a 8.2 rating! It’s 3 steps below a Motel 6!! Comfort Inn has always been a reliable brand but oh my gosh, this place is awful! We were trying to beat a storm and had driven 14 hours so I bit the bullet but this place needs serious attention!

The staff was courteous. Upon arriving, there were no bath towels or bath mat in room. Room was very worn- furniture damage, peeling paint inside and in hall. coffee maker was broke.

Clean room, comfortable bed with linens so fresh they looked new, spotless bathroom! Breakfast was hot and fresh with biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs and bacon. A waffle iron and batter were available with your choice of blueberry or plain waffle mix. Fresh fruit, bagels, cereal and oatmeal were also offered. Juice, coffee, water and hot chocolate were the drink selections. The hotel is located close to shopping and good dining options.

The room was very spacious and nice. The staff from check-in to check-out were all very pleasant and welcoming. I booked my room through the hotels app and didn't realize it had a jacuzzi in the room which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was stocked fully with plenty of options.

The front desk had friendly people. I always address and greet people. Its nice to have the staff smile and engage with me. I received a call I left a shirt and was at the airport. She advised after 30 days if not claimed, the items are donated. I did not need the shirt and I asked that it immediately be donated. Thank you for a nice stay.

The room was in desperate need of a paint job the bathtub needed caulking. There was rust on the back of the chair at the desk as well as rust on the towel holders. There was a missing piece of the baseboard near the bathtub. I found several pieces of hair on two pillows and the comforter. The staff was extremely nice, helpful respectful.
