Staff members were nice, but hotel is run down. Stains on wallpaper, carpets, and beds. All furniture was chipped and badly worn. Door on cabinet was barely hanging on. Overall seemed clean but badly worn out. Need major overhaul.

Disappointed

The bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. The two plugs for charging devices were loose and one didn’t work at all. Definitely less than the standard I’d expect from Hilton.

Only 1 of the 3 Ice Machines worked. A bit of an inconvenience staying on the 3rd floor. AC was not working in the room. Was not overly hot but could have been a problem.

The staff was friendly but the property was very run down. Caulk in the shower was nasty, no wifi (yes we reported it), water pressure was TERRIBLE, and there were 2 water temperatures scalding hot or cold. Very disappointed Hilton has their name on this property. It does not hold up to their typical standards.
