Nice property, friendly front desk. I wish that there was more coffee selection. Before front desk opens. But fresh cream/ decaf and other choices make a morning more enjoyable. Possibly some grab and go fruit option. That would make the stay closer to 5 stars for this type hotel.

The room had a smell in it. You could tell that the hotel had not been renovated in a while. I cut my finger on the chair in the room. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

I absolutely LOVE the staff here at the Holiday Inn of Covington. They are kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!
