Always when I travel & need to think fast in a stay my mind just think in a Holiday Hotel cuz my family since I was a child we choose this hotel, you are every where! I love the concept express cuz always have what I need but if you want to improve the quality of your service plz check some tips for give us the best service, 1) Always check the laundry service r available, 2) Making sure the bathtub are safe for any age, I'm pretty sure you take this advice very seriously! Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property was underwhelming from the start. The tone was set at check-in, where the front desk interaction felt cold and impersonal. There was very little effort to make the welcome warm or engaging, which immediately stood out. What truly frustrated me, however, was being told after I had completed check-in and received my room assignment that the elevator was out of service—and that I would need to take the stairs to the third floor. There was no prior notice, no apology, and no effort to offer an alternative room on a lower floor. It came across as nonchalant and dismissive, as if this major inconvenience wasn’t worth acknowledging. For the price of the room, I expected more—both in terms of service and how situations like this are handled. It could have been a much better experience with just a little communication and care. Sadly, this stay missed the mark.
