Clean but front desk not so good on the phone texting and room wasn’t ready at the time it was supposed to be need an early check-in for a party and had to wait after 3 the regular check-in time unacceptable.

This is our third visit, we love it so much there. The only negative point is that, the hot water in the shower took about 5-10 minutes to warm up. But other than that, incredible experience as always.

The room was excellent. Very clean, bright and had an excellent view of a small lake out the window. I would have given this an excellent review except at check in they had trouble finding my reservation and the coffee dispenser was empty at 7:15am in the breakfast room and I went to the desk to report it.

Very limited drink options. Staff said didnt have a delivery in 1 month. Bought an orange juice. Was rancid. Told staff they never removed remaining product. Wanted to pay cash for drink. Hotel didnt have a till opened. Had to charge it to room.
