It was very noisy. Thin walls and thin floor. We could not sleep until 2 a.m. No parking on site. Had to find parking at public parking area. Therrible experience. Will not stay there again. I am requesting a refund.

Good location, accessible to almost everything. However, if you want to have a quiet and peaceful night, this is not the place for you. There’s a bar downstairs and it gets loud and you can also hear the customers loud voices. Don’t have any hair dyer as well, the staff just simply told me that the previous guests might have taken it. They should have checked the room prior to check in. Don’t want to go out with wet hair esp during cold weather.

Lack of sleep

This hotel did not provide any parking for its guest. We were directed to use public parking which was across the busy main street and about 2 blocks away. The room itself was very nice ,unfortunately there wasn't an AC control in the room or a ceiling fan. We had to open the windows to allow cool air into the room. The hotel itself is located above a bar which had loud patrons well into the morning hours.

Owner send housekeeping lady to knock on my door at 9AM to check if I have 2 dogs with me. They wake me up and I barely sleep because they have bar downstairs and people stayed till 2 AM and work time is till 11

Super clean and comfortable. Close to the local beach and food shopping. They have a fridge and a good coffee maker and a tv with seemingly ALL streaming services! A microwave would have been great to make popcorn but not a deal breaker. We slept great.

The rooms are much smaller than they look. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear anything from a conversation in the room two rooms away to hearing the music in the attached bar. This is not a “Hotel” it is more like an Hostel. You also have no control over heating or cooling. Just a window that opens. There is also no parking lot.

There is not one human being taking care of the property. That means it is NOT A HOTEL. I DON'T WANT CODES TEXTED TO ME IN ORDER TO OPEN DOORS. The only thing you could hear of humanity was the endless LOUD NOISE til 2am from the ground level bar that these rooms are directly above. Just awful.

Excellent, welcoming, and clean facility. The staff was helpful, especially the owner, Mr. Raymond, who was extremely accommodating and gave us a wonderful day in the Hamptons despite the rainy weather! I highly recommend this place.
