The staff and property were great; the location was also great only complaint is they need room darkening curtains the sun shining through the windows at 5am and walkway lights kept at night made it hard to sleep. overall great place to stay.

Would stay again! If you need a safe place on the Boardwalk to sleep at night, this is your place. Simple, clean and affordable. I like that parking is right on site and you don’t have to bother with a valet parking the car. The property is dated and doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, but you can walk to everything in minutes. The partial balcony view was great so you can wake up to the sun and ocean!

Karen was very helpful especially on the morning we went to leave my car battery had died she instantly called the maintenance team and they came right over to jump start my car. The whole time she was very calming in a stressful situation so thank you again! They also have cute crochet things for sale! I loved that we could see the ocean from our balcony room!

Wonderful stay. Karen was super helpful especially with checking in after hours. She was very attentive and accommodating. The place is making many wonderful upgrades. Hampton Beach has come a long way over the years. It IS right next to a major music venue on the beach.. so if noise bothers you then plan accordingly. It didn't bother us during our stay.
