Our room was ready when we got there. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, spacious and beautiful.

The location was great but the room had several flies upon entering. The bedspreads and blankets were stained. It was an average motel otherwise. Location was good.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Only a few minute walk to beach and boardwalk . Will def stay here again !

Hotels.com Keep Away!!!!

It would of been fantastic if you idiots booked a first floor room like we asked for instead I spent alot of my time in my room due to the fact that I have hip issues and couldn’t climb stairs!!! Will not book through you again!! Hotels.com is the worse place to book rooms!!! If you don’t know what the hell You are doing!! Perhaps call the hotel directly!! Mainstay is a fantastic place to stay! But I will book directly from them!!!

Our room was located on the 3rd floor with the most rickety, dangerous staircase ever. Room smelled terrible. Lots of sketchy people that seemed to live there.

I did not have a good experience, my room was not clean. The bathroom was very dirty, I have to buy stuff and clean by myself, it’s not toilet paper. I spent two nights and I have to ask for clean towels.And they give us 2 and we’re 3 , it’s not Wi-Fi
