Gary is a fabulous host! He ensured that all of our needs were met. Just love the outside coffee service and “green beach” area to sit and mingle with other guests. Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Nothing Scary About It
I was selling books at the Merrimack Halloween Book Festival and wanted a place close to Haverhill but also close the beach. (It also had to fit the budget of a little-known horror author.) The Mari-Anne totally fit the bill. Room was clean and comfortable, and just a five-minute walk from the parking lot straight back to the beach. Lots of patio furniture out front, plus a gas grill. Highly recommended.

BEWARE!!! Don't ever stay at this flop-house! Building so old it should be torn down. Cruddy drop-ceiling in room, can hear everything from the room above. The bathroom was disgusting and the drop-ceiling light fixture had no less than 100 dead bugs (I wish I could post the picture!). No heat, just an old window air conditioner. To top it off, I found 3 bedbugs on me when I got home!

Great stay next to the beach in NH
Owner was very nice. Room is very small but was good for one person! AC worked, TV, bed was very comfy and the room was pretty clean, especially the bedding which I appreciated!

Affordable spot on the beach.
Great little affordable spot on Hampton Beach. Clean, safe, easily accessible! Beds a little hard but nothing too terrible. Will definitely be back next year!!

I am glad I stayed there because the beach was a short 1 min walk. Very friendly property manager reminded me if i needed anything just ask. Recommended a great place for dinner....3 min away. I could walk everywhere. Loved it
