Staff was very helpful!

Rydges was a great hotel for exploring Rotorua. Kids eat free with an adult at the buffet, which greatly helped with costs. I loved the laundry machines being available to clean our dirty clothes so I could pack less. The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable for 2 adults and a kid. I’ll happily return for another visit!

We stayed for 6 nights. There was no room service unless we asked and we had to ask more than once. The sheets were stained. No microwave in rooms was a shock and I didn’t realise in the advertisement. Can’t wait Netflix or YouTube on the television. The room was too small.

Loved the private outside hot tub, completely private . Plenty of water to fill it between uses. The room is spacious. The bathroom was modern and the shower impeccable with glass enclosure. We always bring the our own coffee machine but there were other options for coffee. It was close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was super accommodating. I did t use the stove but fridge was spacious for our needs.

Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place

Confortável e bom custo benefício, mas precisa melhorar na estrutura.
