Great stay as always!

We absolutely love staying here! The staff is great, the rooms are beautiful & the property is extremely well kept & fun for kids & adults. Only thing I would note (which has zero to do with the hotel), is bring groceries & cook for yourself because the places to eat nearby have been a bust the last three times we have stayed in the area. Luckily, the rooms have a full kitchen that is completely stocked with anything you need to cook! I can't compliment this place enough; we try to make it a yearly adventure, we love it that much!

studio room

the description and pictures online did not match the actual room itself . it showed hot tub pictures under the studio room but there was no hot tub. the pictures also show a regular bed but there was a “murphy bed “ which was a first for me .

We came to ski and this place was perfect! It’s a time share so it is set up for longer stays but we only stayed the weekend. Our two bed / two bath suite seemed to be recently renovated and was clean. A huge plus is that there were a few electric chargers and so that made things extra convenient. Only real negative thing we will say is that the pool water was cloudy and grayish. The hot tub water was brownish. This was after school vacation week so maybe it is due for a good cleaning?

Great space with a well equipped kitchenette. Indoor-Outdoor pool had warm water and was super fun! Staff were super courteous and helpful. Matt even came up to our room to see how he could assist when our car broke down unexpectedly!

Better than expected! No complaints! Very impressed with the staff! Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, helpful and pleasant! From the front desk employees, to the men who were taking care of the pool, to the staff shoveling snow and salting, to the women we observed pushing these heavy wagons to the gentleman responding to a service call who helped us find our way around….very impressive! It was our first time here and we’re discussing our next trip back with friends! You know you’re in a great place when you never need to call the front desk for anything! Keep up the good work Bentley Brook crew!
