Well below american standards. No air conditioning, terrible beds and pillows, bedspreads that have not been changed for awhile. Service is good.

This place was really incredible. I'm now back in Canada wishing I was at Tahai Loft. It was clean, much bigger than I thought and a great location for the sunset and seeing a Moai. The ladies were fantastic at communication and I would send a "Whats app" for things like taxi numbers or tour questions and they would give me a very quick response. If I'm ever lucky enough to go back to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) I will definitely be staying at Tahai Loft.

The staff was amazing, always helpful and courteous. Peaceful play to stay. Food was great. Nice serene view of the ocean from my room.

Overall, a great place to stay. Wonderful hosts. So very helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to stay that saved a lot of money. The view from the patio is wonderful. A couple of little nitpicks. There's no air conditioning so on hot nights the windows need to stay open to catch the sea breeze. Unfortunately the windows are unscreened so some mosquitos do get in. It's an easy walk to the ocean and multiple great restaurants with sunset views One of the things I like to do is visit very remote islands so I've had lots to compare and this is a lovely place with great people.
