Hanmer Forest Park Vacation Packages

Great motel close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had many useful amenities such as a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and hob. Parking was also included and was close to the room which was convenient. Staff behind the reception were very friendly and helpful. I can't fault this motel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Wonderful staff who could not do enough to help.

Location of the hotel is wonderful. The hotel and guest room was clean. Good work for the housekeeping staff. During check-in, one of the the night front desk agent appeared reserved and unapproachable. Having worked in hotel operations, I believe this interaction did not meet brand service standards. While I understand the challenges of night shifts and expected nothing elaborate, a simple, warm greeting is a basic courtesy that requires little additional energy and contributes meaningfully to the guest experience.

Great central location, within walking distance to tourist attractions and Te Kaha Stadium. Room updated with modern fitout and furnishings

A lovely heritage property in a great location. Generous sized room and bathroom.

The service was incredible, we arrived late and he stayed up for us to show us to our room, help carry our bags etc. Would stay again simply for the service.

Great peaceful location
