Pretty great experience. Only downsides were that the hot water wasn't turned on in our chalet so we didn't have hot showers in the morning. There was something else but I've completely forgotten!

There was an amazing number of beds, room was huge. Heating was a big issue, there is only 1 heater which is unable to heat up the entire room. Heater was very dusty too. Water taps are either extreme hot or extreme cold. No toiletries not even shower gel or shampoo provided. Maybe its great for summer or hot weather days. Not for winter.

We had a great stay in the tourist flats. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline and the ping pong table.
