This was our third stay, and not our last. Love the tranquility of the place and the stunning views. Rooms are huge and spa pools are spectacular, especially in surprise snow. Highly recommended.

The spa was not clean. The room was ok, but for the price of the stay was not worth the money. The spa there is horrible, go in to Hanmer and go to the spa next to the hot pools much better. Was not told at breakfast that the cappuccino and latte were an extra charge. Will never go here again. Old and outdated property

The Location great, cost was reasonable. The room needed serious maintenance cracked tiles, peeling paint, rotting architraves. The food was edible but not good, and definitely not worth the price tag.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was excellent and very large. bathroom a bit dated but still in great condition. i only downgraded because the hotel was cold on entry to reception i think it was colder inside than outside. our room was nice and warm but the rest of the place was freezing. Some areas did not appear operational. it lacked that feeling of welcome. it felt like they were saving money on heating.

I liked the location and views from the property. The room was lovely. Just needed the shower head tightening up so it didn't spray everywhere. The staff were wonderful and nothing was any trouble. would love to have a coffee machine in the room so I had more choice for drinks. A heated towel rail would be great so I can use my towels more than once as there was not anywhere to hang them to dry them.

Loved the room! Had a warm feeling to it, staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable, complimentary elements were definitely a treat. Loved the breakfast, so yummy! Consistently refilled as well. Only negatives were that one of the bath robes looked like it had a cigarette hole in it and bathroom extractor fan did not work, so it got very hot in there and the walls and ceiling got very wet. It was still so pleasant, we will be back soon :)
