호텔로서 기본 매너가 없는거 같다
출장을 다니면서 후기에 글을 처음 남깁니다 체크인할려고 하니 방이 없다고??...머 이런경우가 ,,,,옆에 호텔을 소개해서 하루자고 그 다음날 다시 체크인하라고,,,,11시에 체크인이 된다고,,,어이가 없음,,, 사실 체크인부터 꼬이니 전부 안좋았습니다 그나마 몇몇 종업원들이 웃는 얼굴이라 참았지만,,,,한심한 호텔입니다 베트남 출장10번중 .....최악이었습니다...호텔즈 닷컴은 이런내용을 알고 방을 추천하는건지,,,사실 넘 짜증났습니다 서비스의 정신이 없는 곳이라는 이미지가 ...

対応が悪い
ホテル内の予約管理が出来ていないのか、フロントの担当が変わるたび毎日のように止められ、入り口で何分か待たされ部屋に入れなかった。 領収書などを見せても取り合ってくれなかった。最悪です。
