I stayed at the Golden Art Hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is very conveniently located with loads of restaurants, spas, shopping and sites. There's even a convenience store across the street. My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Jasmine and Lily were so nice and offered exceptional service. I'd happily stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

Lovely hotel made so by the staff. They were really helpful and attentive. Checking in on you whenever you came and went. Lovely towel art on the bed. Didn’t make it down for breakfast but the smell coming from the kitchen were amazing! Only concern was the lock on the room door wasn’t great and didn’t close properly at the bottom but other than that, no issues.

The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We received good dinner place recommendations and directions. Our room was very nice and the location was convenient. We left something behind in the safe which we discovered two days after checkout. They found it and helped to return the items to us.

Amazing staff helpful with every need. Comfortable beds. Close to all shops and attractions. Bike hire next door which we used to hire one they were also helpful. Highly recommend booking tours with the front desk they are really helpful with information and set everything up for us no problems. Would recommend this stay to other.

The staff were incredible! So lovely. Jasmine on reception helped me book several trips and was always happy to answer questions and give advice. As a solo traveller it was super handy to be able to get advice. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. They were so accommodating. They have bag storage, laundry service, delicious breakfasts, clean and tidy rooms and it’s so quiet but so close to the tourist attractions. I ended up booking additional nights! Thank you to the Golden Art Hotel Team!

I stayed at The Golden Art for 6nights, check in was swift and staff gave me a good run down of local places to visit, gave me a local map with places of interest on which was invaluable. The hotel is hidden just off the busier roads so is quieter on a night. The room itself was spacious, bathroom was more than adequate, the beds were so comfortable. Honestly, staff could not have been more helpful, from laundry to arranging a shuttle to the airport at 4am Highly recommended and amazing value for money. Hopefully i will be returning next year, and will definitely rebook here…

Stayed here for a total of 5 nights over 2 periods. Hotel location is wonderful, right in the heart of Old Quarter and very walkable. Staff here are very friendly and warm. I met up with a NZ couple who told me they stayed here for very long periods, like almost 2 months and everytime they come to Hanoi, they will stay here. Just goes to show the warm hospitality. The price is Great. Stay is fantastic and the Breakfast is ala-carte order, cooked fresh and serve right away. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the golden art hotel was wonderful the staff was amazing and so helpful giving us recommendations for places to eat etc.. only real down side was since it’s on such a narrow street cars cannot get some so meeting our cabs was a little difficult but overall was amazing and such a great location for walking around .

This place is in the heart of the old town area. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They helped me with organizing tours for sapa and HaLong bay as well. Highly recommend!
