The hotel is fine and the people are nice. However, they should change the photos as it indicates they have a restaurant but in fact they only have breakfast now and there are no places to eat that open before 5p.

Well worth the cost! Just an issue with shower.
Clean, but shower was hard to control. Drainage could have been better. Floor slippery. No safety grab bars in shower. Towell rack is above toilet. No hand towel at sink. Otherwise we liked it very much. Good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I reached out about receiving an airport transfer, prior to my anrrival, and never got a response.

Our stay at the HAAP Transit Hotel was an unexpected pleasure. Close to the airport, the hotel is a very nice family run business. Everything was extremely clean and the owners/staff were very helpful and nice. Great value!

Convenient location that is close to the airport. Most of taxi refuse to drive because it's too close which taxi does not make good amount of money. Management is unprofessional and greed. I booked and paid. When I checked out, I am told that my room had not paid and there was no record. I had to go into my Expedia account and searched for record to show them. Then they said they just received an email showing my payment. Ridiculous lie because from the time I booked till the time I checked out was 12 hours apart. Also on Expedia it shows free airport pick up. They told me that it's not free, they wanted to charge 100,000 VND for airport transfer because our booking was at deep discount. I showed them that there is a sign right in front of their hotel that states clearly that free airport pick up. They told me that they forget to take that sign down. Be ware of this place. They will find dishonest way to milk our money.

Definitely a bang for your buck! The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. They were also very helpful with helping us get taxis to go into town and back etc. We were also too tired to venture out for food so we ordered food in the hotel —amazing prices and they had things like pho, noodles, sodas, smoothies and even French fries all at a reasonable price. Location is also very close to the airport and is not a far ride away at all
