We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location in the heart of the old town is unbeatable – it’s just a short walk to many major attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. One highlight was the coffee from the café at the front of the hotel – hands down some of the best we had during our trip to Vietnam! We also tried the massage service, which was professional and very relaxing. While it was pricier compared to other places, the quality and overall experience made it worth it. Accommodation-wise, the family room was large, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. However, the deluxe room felt a bit small in comparison, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this place, especially for its location and service. We also organised our airport pick up through the hotel which was very smooth too, with quick responses to ease our mind while we were in transit.

The location is convenient for transportation and shopping. It faces the main street, which is also convenient. Most of the last years staff left in this summer, which was inconvenient, but the old staff have returned. The layout of the reception has changed, which is a little inconvenient. Strangely, there are carp laid out at the entrance, but since it is not a biotope, I don't think they will last for many years.

Fabulous stay, the hotel was beautiful and atmosphere very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and we were able to book a massage workshop in the spa whilst we were there, the workshop was excellent and included a massage as well. There is a discount for the spa if youre staying at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, there was also a cook to order menu. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint was that there were hairs left in the bathroom from the previous occupants.

Among the thousand choices you have for a hotel in the Old Quarter, you won't go wrong with this one. The location is fantastic, the rooms are private, clean, and big. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property has definitely aged compared to the photos. The hotel could probably use some repairs or renovations but overall it wasn’t bad. The aged facility probably adds some Vietnam rustic feel to the place. Just my expectations were higher because of the photos. The room size was good for a family of 4 and the staff were excellent and so helpful. The hotel answered so many of my questions prior to arrival and helped book transportation and tours for us. The worker even walked us across the street one night to help make reservations at a restaurant and even recommended some local food spots for us. The breakfast at the hotel was also good and had omelettes and French toast made to order. Would definitely return.

It will probably look nicer once the entrance construction is finished. I stayed there several nights, but unfortunately they never washed the cup and spoon. Breakfast had few choices. The staff were friendly and good, but overall the service was not worth the price.

Perfect stay
Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Breakfast would be helpful if the food was labelled but highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and service. I would return :)

Hotel wonderful old quarters so had character all staff extremely friendly and helpful even sang and delivered a birthday cake !! Good location. But I misread the smaller print that’s said. Only internal window !! So actually no windows ro opens for daylight !!!! And a lot of blue decore Not quite my color but rest was wonderful

We only stayed for one night on our way to Halong Bay. The staff were very kind and helpful when our Limo failed to pick us up, and kept our luggage (no charge) for 3 days while we were away. One more hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, but we were treated very well.
