Perfect stay
Great service, they have thought of everything. Location is spot on and easy walk to everything. We had the windowless room which was ok. Very low beds and small room but it did the job. Breakfast would be helpful if the food was labelled but highly recommend this hotel for a great stay and service. I would return :)

Hotel wonderful old quarters so had character all staff extremely friendly and helpful even sang and delivered a birthday cake !! Good location. But I misread the smaller print that’s said. Only internal window !! So actually no windows ro opens for daylight !!!! And a lot of blue decore Not quite my color but rest was wonderful

We only stayed for one night on our way to Halong Bay. The staff were very kind and helpful when our Limo failed to pick us up, and kept our luggage (no charge) for 3 days while we were away. One more hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter, but we were treated very well.

Five star hotel at a three star price!
This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They pay attention to every detail. We were warmly greeted and even got drinks and snacks upon arrival. It was hot outside but they had already turned out a/c on in our room so it felt great to relax. The room was clean and spacious and perfect for our short stay. Our flight was delayed and they even made us a takeaway breakfast with sandwiches and fruit at 3am! Highly recommended this wonderful gem if you ever find yourself in Hanoi old quarter.

This was one of our best hotel stays in Vietnam. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. Easy quick walk to the lake and also a bit longer but easy walk to train street Spa massage was very good. Nice to be in the old quarter. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very cool hotel the staff was super nice and on top of things. The rooms were good size and the location was great for walking around. The breakfast was good and had decent options. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
